Quick & Easy Nanchos served as the perfect snack for any occasion
175 g Packet of plain tortilla chips
225 g Jar of salsa
A few sliced spring onions
A good chunk of cheese
A pinch of crushed chilli flakes
Soured cream or guacamole (optional)

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place half the tortilla chips in the tray. Pour over half the salsa and cheese. Layer the rest of the tortilla chips on top and cover with remaining salsa and cheese.

Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Add crushed chilli flakes and serve with sour cream & guacamole (optional)
