Granola Bars

Easy to make Granola Bars perfect for a healthy treat for work or back to school snack.

 3 cups Rolled Oats
 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
 2 tbsp Butter, Melted
 1 cup Flaked Coconut
 1 cup Sliced Almonds
 1 cup Chocolate Chips
 ½ cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a square inch baking tray (9x13 in).

Gather all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together with your hands until all the ingredients are well blended and evenly distributed in the bowl.

Place the mix into the tray, pressing the mixture flat into the pan.

Stick the tray into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, dependent on the desired crunchiness you want. Lightly golden will give a moist, chewy bar. Once you have cooked to your desired consistency let the tray cool for 5 minutes. When tray is completely cool cut into squares.
