Why not have a go at making these easy, healthy yet scrumptious frozen yogurt bites...perfect for the summer days ahead!
Line a muffin tin with cupcake cases.
Chop up your chosen fruit into bite size pieces.
Set the fruit aside.
Put a dollop of yogurt in each of the cupcake cases, ensuring they are about 1/3 full.
Using a spoon, dot some of the fruit coulis on top of the yogurt (optional).
Arrange the chopped fruit on top.
Then, place the muffin tin in the freezer until completely frozen (minimum of 3 hours).
Remove the cases from the tin. If some of the cases are stuck to the tin, fill the sink with a little bit of hot water and dip the tin in the water for a few seconds to release.
Enjoy…the perfect dessert for a summer’s day.
P.S Increase the mixture and instead of using muffin cases use reusable ice lolly moulds if you have any! (as shown in picture)
