Biscoff inspired overnight Weetabix, however you can mix & match with whatever topping you fancy.

1 Weetabix
1 Vanilla Protein Pudding (or substitute for 150g Greek Yogurt)
2 tsp Lotus Biscoff spread, melted
1 Lotus Biscoff biscuit, half crumbled up.

In your dish, use a fork to crush up one Weetabix.

Take your Vanilla Protein Pudding [or yogurt alternative] and spoon over the top of your Weetabix to create a smooth textured layer.

Heat up your Biscoff spread and place over the top of your yogurt spread [drizzle or mix].

Take your Lotus biscuit & break it up into crumbed pieces and place it over the top.

Let the Biscoff spread cool & then pop into the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours!
