Soft Beef Tacos
 500 g Minced beef
 1 Lettuce
 2 Tomatoes
 100 ml Sour Cream
 100 g Grated Cheese
 Tortilla Shells [of your choice] approx 8
 Tomato Stir In [of your choice] approx 200/250g
Preparation

Dice your tomatoes and place into one bowl.

Put 100ml sour cream into another bowl.

Shred your lettuce and place into a third bowl and ensure all 3 bowls are kept refrigerated until required.

Method

In a hot pan, add a tbsp of oil and begin browning your mince beef. Once cooked, filter any excess liquid from the pan and reduce the heat.

Add to the pan your tomato stir in sauce and stir for 2 minutes on reduced heat. Add 50g of grated cheese and stir until melted.

Remove tortilla shells from packaging and place on a plate [suitable for microwaving] and heat on full power for approx 20/25 seconds.

Once heated, fill your tortilla shells with your freshly cooked meat filling and top with your freshly diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream and remaining grated cheese.
