Ooey Gooey Nutella Cookies are perfect for when you want something super sweet and chocolatey and what is better? You can find all the ingredients in your local Nearby store!

 450 g Nutella
 200 g Butter
 200 g Brown Sugar
 100 g Sugar
 2 Eggs
 200 g Self-Raising Flour
 120 g Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 2 tbsp Milk
 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

On parchment paper lined tray add 1-tablespoon scoop balls of Nutella onto prepared baking sheet and freeze them (24 balls altogether).

Hand mix together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and beat until combined, then add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Refrigerate dough while Nutella is in freezer.

Scoop a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten. Add a frozen Nutella ball and cover with more dough. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough and frozen Nutella, spacing cookies 2 inches apart.

Bake until puffed, 15 minutes. Let cool on pan 5 minutes before serving.
