Trying to make healthier choices...try this easy, healthy stir fry recipe!

Ingredients
Meat of your choice
Rice / Noodles
1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
Vegetables of your choice
1 tbsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder

Cook noodles/rice.

Heat the oil in the wok over a high heat (for a healthier alternative use fry light spray).

Add in the meat and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

Add the onion, crush the garlic cloves, and stir fry for a few minutes.

Then add veg of your choice, soy sauce and five-spice and stir fry for another 3 minutes.

Serve on top of the rice or noodles and enjoy.
