Cuppa Origin
Cuppa is a blend of Central American, Indonesian and African Origins.
The nutty background of Nicaragua Coapante blends with the sweet fruit of Papua New Guinea which is underpinned by the acidic bite of Ethiopian Sidamo. All coffees are high grown and a fine balance of wet, dry and honey processed.

Wet Processing
Seeds are removed from the cherry, the fruit flesh is washed off and the seeds are dried. This creates a smooth clean cup profile.
Dry Processed
Seeds are removed from the cherry and dried without washing. This allows the fruit flesh to be absorbed by the seed and creates a fuller cup profile with not only a higher viscosity, but also a high level of sweetness without compromising on body.
Honey Processed
Seeds are removed from the cherry and allowed to dry before being washed which allows the fruit sugars to be absorbed into the bean to provide a clean sweet profile.
