65 g Rice/Noodles of your choice
2 Small Red Onions
160 g Broccoli
200 g Chicken Breast
1 Red Chilli (optional)
2 Carrots

Cook the rice/noodles.

Add oil or fry light to a nonstick wok/pan over a high heat.

Add in the onions and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add in carrots and chilli (if using) and cook for a further minute.

Add chicken and broccoli to the pan with 3 tbsp water. Cover and leave to cook for around 4 minutes until the broccoli are tender and chicken is fully cooked.

Add in soy sauce or sauce of your choice and stir.

Finally, add in your rice/noodles and serve.
