Summer is fast approaching, health kick is on. Why not have a go at making these delicious Protein Pancakes? A simple and easy recipe, it would be rude not to!

1 Banana
75 g Oats
3 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
2 tbsp Protein Powder
Coconut Oil
Your choice of fruit/sauce/ toppings to serve

In a blender - add the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder and whizz until smooth.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan or for a healthier alternative, use fry light.

Pour on a ladle of your mixture, leave until bubbles start appearing and then flip.

Heat on the other side until cooked through and golden brown.

Repeat the previous two steps until all the mixture is used.

Serve with your chosen toppings and enjoy!
