3 cups Cornflakes
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken breasts
2 tbsp Melted Butter
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp Water
1 Large Egg

Preheat oven.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a bowl - mix egg and water.

Crush cornflakes (we recommend putting cornflakes in a sandwich bag and using a rolling pin).

Mix butter into the cornflake mixture.

Dip chicken breast into egg and water mixture and then roll in the cornflake crust to coat.

Repeat the process depending on how much chicken you want to make.

If you feel some of the chicken is lacking in the crumb mixture, simply pat some more of the cornflake crust onto the chicken.

Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes.

Serve with whatever you fancy.
