The perfect summer recipe...this easy but delicious smoothie bowl recipe!

 200 g Frozen Mixed Berries
 1 Banana
 75 ml Milk of your choice
 1 tsp Maple Syrup
 ½ tbsp Protein Powder - optional
 Toppings of your choice – fruit, granola, nuts, peanut butter – you choose!

In a blender add in the berries, banana, milk, maple syrup and protein powder and blend until smooth.

Then simply spoon the smoothie into a bowl.

Add your chosen toppings and serve.
