Struggling for quick, easy and healthy lunch and dinner ideas. This pasta salad recipe is perfect, go on give it a go!

 250 g Wholemeal Pasta
 250 g Yogurt/Mayo - you choose!
 340 g Sweetcorn drained
 1 Red Onion
 2 Peppers, diced
 320 g Tuna/Chicken/whatever you fancy!

Boil the pasta for 10 minutes until soft and then drain.

In a bowl, mix yogurt/mayo and onion and then add in the tuna, red peppers and sweetcorn and stir.

Then add in the pasta, stir and serve.

Add in any other toppings of your choice.

You can even add the pasta into airtight containers and bring to work for your lunch!
